New Year, New Habits: A Three-Day Challenge to Boost Confidence and Tackle Stress! February 5th -February 7th, 2024.

Start this new year with a fresh mindset, renewed confidence, and a game plan for wellness with the 'New Year, New Habits' three-day challenge. I've designed this just for women of color who are tired of juggling too much, feeling stressed out and anxious, and dealing with that nagging feeling of being an imposter.

This challenge is for you if you're a woman of color who:

  • Is ambitious and driven, but often feels on the brink of burnout.

  • Finds that high stress has become your 'new normal', and you're struggling to break free.

  • Wants to respect and incorporate your cultural roots into your wellness journey.

  • Have tried traditional wellness advice, but found it doesn't work for your unique situation and cultural background.

  • Craves accountability and balance in your life.

What to expect:

Over these three days, I'll be sharing some super helpful tools and strategies that'll help you regain your confidence, motivate yourself, and create self-care habits that actually last. We're in this together!

New Year, New Habits Challenge

  • Day 1 - Confidence Boost:

    Picture this - you, brimming with confidence, owning every room you walk into, and saying what's on your mind without a second thought. Sounds pretty awesome, right? But if you're feeling like a fraud right now, or you're not seeing enough successful women who look just like you, or if negative feedback has left you feeling down, then Day 1 is for you.

    We're going to work on ways to boost your self-belief and paint a picture of what your confident future self looks like. With some handy tools in hand, you'll be ready to tackle self-doubt head-on and start to build a positive image of yourself. It's time to turn that inner critic into your biggest fan - let's start shining!

  • Day 2 - Stress and Anxiety Management:

    This day is all about getting real with what's stressing you out. We're going to dig deep, figure out what's really bothering you, and see how you usually react. But here's the exciting bit - you'll change those big stress worries into opportunities for personal growth.

    We'll brainstorm some easy-to-follow strategies to tackle them head-on. By the end of day 2, you'll be looking at stress in a whole new light, with a handy set of practical tools and a boost in your resilience. This is your journey to becoming the boss of your own stress.

  • Day 3 - Building Lasting Self-Care Habits:

    Imagine transforming your daily routine into a wellness journey! On Day 3, we're going to identify those little pockets in your day that can be turned into self-care moments. We’ll set goals that really matter to you - be it better sleep, practicing mindfulness, or healthier eating.

    We'll brainstorm fun activities to meet these goals, resulting in a personalized self-care plan. But it's not just about creating the plan; but about making self-care a habit that seamlessly fits into your life.

By the end of our challenge, you'll have more than a roadmap for better mental health - you'll also have the confidence and motivation to tackle your game plan. Are you ready to step into the New Year feeling unstoppable and driven?

Challenge Details:

Daily Guidance & Support: For each day of the challenge, I'll send you an email with a video and interactive worksheet. Through the video, I'll guide you in completing the day's activities while offering examples. These materials aim to collaborate with you in turning insights into actions.
